FAILED TO APPEAR: Ritchie Soper
A 33-YEAR-OLD from Newport is being sought after failing to appear at court.
Gwent Police is trying to locate Ritchie Soper, who failed to appear at Cardiff Crown Court on July 4 last year, after being charged with burglary.
He is described as being white, 6 feet 3 inches tall, of medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who is aware of his whereabouts is asked to call 101.
