A YELLOW warning of snow and ice for Monmouthshire is still in place to 10.00am Tuesday 3 March.
Newport is set to have sleet and rain this morning with temperatures around 5C and with some sun later today. The wind will pick up from 13 this morning to 20mph later today.
Further north, it will be warmer with temperatures reaching 7C with some rain earlier on. The wind will get stronger, building to 17mph later today.
