Specialist negotiators talk woman down from Newport property
SPECIALIST negotiators from Gwent Police and the South Wales Fire Service have talked a woman down from the roof of a Newport building this morning
The emergency services were called to Ashburton House on Caerleon Road just before 9.25am.
She has been taken to Royal Gwent Hospital following the successful joint negotiation.
