Terry Bach the Amazon green wing parrot has gone missing from the Brynglas area of Newport
AN appeal has been launched to find a missing parrot in the Newport area.
Amazon green wing Terry Bach, aged 10, escaped yesterday evening in the Brynglas area of Newport.
Caerphilly Bird Rescue launched the appeal yesterday and have described the owner as “devastated” by the loss.
A spokeswoman said: “The bird is very intelligent, can talk and will respond to a specific call from the owner.
“If you see it don’t shout or try to catch it as it the bird may become terrified and fly off. Ring us immediately and we will make contact with the owner.”
