--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A TWO-VEHICLE crash on the eastbound carriageway has caused slow traffic on the M4 between junction 27 Highcross and junction 28 Tredegar Park.
Two cars were involved in the crash and all lanes on the M4 have since re-opened, although traffic is tailing back to junction 30 Cardiff Gate on M4.
The A48(M) and A48 Eastern Avenue is also suffering as a result of the traffic, with lines of cars at junction 29A St Mellons.
On the other side of the motorway, traffic is stop-start from junction 23A Magor Services and junction 26 Malpas, also causing delays at the Toll Plaza for the Second Severn Bridge crossing.
