A South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said they were called at 3.30pm. Crews cut one person who was trapped in a vehicle by removing the whole roof.
The person who was rescued by SWFRS is being taken to hospital. An air ambulance was also in attendance.

The one lane which is closed is due to re-open at 7.30pm.

A South Wales Ambulance spokeswoman said they are still at the scene.

FOUR people have been taken to hospital following a fire car crash on the M4 near Magor. The accident happened on the M4 westbound around 3.30pm between J23A Magor Services and J24 Coldra.
Lane one of three is closed.
A Gwent Police spokesman said the accident involved five vehicles and four people have been taken to hospital.
