Accident on M4 causes traffic build up
AN ACCIDENT on the M4 near J29 is causing traffic to build up on the way into Newport.
The accident is said to be on the hard shoulder, but is causing delays from St Mellons and Castleton towards Duffryn.
Traffic Wales have said the accident is affecting A48(M) between J29A, St Mellons and M4 J29 and the build up of traffic has been caused by "people slowing to look at the accident on the hard shoulder".
