Newport East AM backs helpline for abused

SUPPORT: Newport East AM John Griffiths
NEWPORT East AM John Griffiths has pledged his support for a new helpline for victims of domestic abuse.
The All Wales Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Helpline relaunched earlier this month as a 24-hour, bilingual information service for anyone experiencing domestic abuse or sexual violence.
Mr Griffiths said: “The helpline has been a vital service for many people who have suffered domestic abuse, and “I am pleased it is nowgoing to offer help to even more people in need.”
