Newport council leader in hospital
NEWPORT council leader and leader of the Newport council Conservative group Matthew Evans, pictured, has been admitted to the Royal Gwent Hospital with pneumonia.
Tory councillor David Fouweather said the leader was “absolutely fine” and was expected out this week.
