Tributes paid to biker killed in Machen crash

TRIBUTES were paid this afternoon to the biker killed in a crash in Lower Machen.

Christopher Morgan, 28 from Nelson, died at Newport's Royal Gwent Hopsital after suffering serious injuries in a collision with a a camper van.

His family said: "Chris was a loving, bubbly character who lived everyday to the full.

He will be sorely missed by friends and family. He has left a huge hole in the lives of so many but will live on in our hearts forever.

"Chris was an absolute legend."

Gwent Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident, which happened at around 4.25pm on the A468, Lower Machen.
