Blaenau Gwent head teachers retire

THE head teachers at Pontygof Primary, Waunlwyd Primary, Ebbw Vale Comprehensive, and Glyncoed Comprehensive in Blaenau Gwent will retire at the end of the school term.
These schools are closing as pupilsmove into the £54 million Ebbw Fawr Learning Community, opening in September.
Tredegar Comprehensive head teacher Anna Foot is also retiring at the end of the term.
