M4 crash causes delays at J28

DELAYS are reported at J28 of the M4 at Tredegar Park this morning after a two car collision on the westbound roundabout and slip road.
In a separate incident, traffic is returning to normal on the M4 westbound at J29 A48(M) as a lane is re-opened on the exit slip road and a broken down lorry is removed.
