A fan's praise on Parade

3:33pm Wednesday 22nd May 2013

FURTHER to my recent letter, may I point out that my comment concerning a “stadium befitting a football league team”, was in no way meant as a reflection on our present home at Rodney Parade, but more a comment on the city council basking in the “glow” of the newly opened “home of Welsh football, at Dragon Park.”

2:42pm Tuesday 21st May 2013

ON May 15 I was walking through Pontymister Welfare Grounds and noticed that Caerphilly council have emptied the dog litter bin and left the contents by the side of the bin. The following day I walked through the Welfare Grounds again and noticed the big bag of dog faeces was still there.
