LATE Tuesday afternoon, I decided to take a walk up Twmbarlwm. I was absolutely horrified to see the aftermath of Bonfire Night. There were used fireworks left everywhere – totally disgraceful.
Don’t get me wrong: since P C Simon James has been patrolling the Twmbarlwm area, the number of off roaders has dropped dramatically. But bizarrely, the amount of fly tipping and general littering has increased dramatically. Isn’t it about time we stopped pussy-footing around with the issue of Twmbarlwm area and grab the bull by the horns?!
