RE the new development of the Cambrian car park, surely this is the last nail in the coffin for the Newport Indoor Market.
High Street already looks like a bomb has hit it. What on earth do people think when they get off the train in Newport and see the city? Gateway to Wales don’t make me laugh. Who on earth appointed these planners. Am I being simple? Isn’t there an alternative site i.e. the old Sainsbury’s site. It has everything without causing problems in the city centre for years to come.
