Hitting out at dental service

I CANNOT believe the state of our NHS dental service.

My daughter has just had a baby and has been given free dental care yet she has not been able to register with a dentist under the NHS. She was in so much pain the other day she rang me crying and I could hear the baby in the background crying, she is a lone parent. We rang round trying to find an emergency dentist that would take NHS and could not find one, I had to give her money I could not afford just so she could see a dentist and get treatment to allow her to sleep. As someone that has worked all his life and pay my taxes and other contributions I find this offensive.

You think YOU have problems, a recent report by an deaf campaigner at the cutting edge of these 'state failures' in the NHS makes your issue look quite tame. It is a pity we cannot post a link to it.
