I SEE that Caerphilly council has brought out a video about dog fouling called shameful, filthy and selfish, which I couldn’t agree more with, but then on the other hand shouldn’t this council clean up their act and show by example, with these overflowing doggy bins which are shameful, filthy and irresponsible!
