What now for horse meat

I REFER to the recent ‘Horses for (1st) courses’ burger saga. Has anyone said what will happen to the tons of frozen food taken off the shelves? Horse meat or not, I’m sure that there are many people who would like to get a bit between their teeth! No doubt the customer will be saddled with making up for the loss of trade. One scenario to consider would be if it went to pig feed, what an interesting sausage that would produce!
