SO Mr Ian Johnston, the Gwent Police and Crime Commissioner, says he wants to make people safe and make them feel safe. Well, I don’t feel safe in the area where I live, perhaps you could knock on my door, Mr Johnston, and I will tell you why this is so, and what should be done to make me feel safe.
