Barrier to adult learning

I see from the newport.gov. uk website that Brynglas House adult learning classes are to cease.

These classes although being relocated to other venues may be difficult to run. The facilities in other local venues will need to be modernised. For classes such as music, photography, hair dressing, cooking and exercise classes the existing local facilities will be inadequate. The whole ethos of holding adult education classes is that local facilities are available. This is one local facility that has already had a barrier brought down on it.
