LABOUR voters take heed, Caerphilly council is spending £500k on a hostel for 28 homeless people and providing specialist support staff 24 hours a day (cost unknown).
What a complete shambles when all it has to do is employ them sweeping the streets, removing graffiti and chewing gum etc. Once they have a job they can find their own accommodation, end of story, saving £500k plus. If you think we need more money-wasting ideas then keep voting Labour until you become homeless because you can’t afford your council tax. Get a life CCBC.
