Private tribute to dear Sister

AS AN added tribute to Sister Christopher, whose wonderful life story was published in the South Wales Argus on 06/03/13, I would like to tell of my fond memories of this wonderful and gentle lady who taught me right from wrong when I was a pupil at Holy Cross School, Newport.

This gentle lady always had a smile for her pupils when carrying out her teaching duties and it was a great pleasure to see that smile still there today. God Bless you, Sister Christopher, I and my seven brothers and sisters were all pupils at the above school, sadly now there only remains my brother, Bill, and me, who are both in our eighties.
