A former Methodist Chapel at Settrington is to be changed into a two-bedroom home with solar panels after planning officials at Ryedale District Council used their delegated powers to give the plan the thumbs-up.
They also agreed to allow former agricultural buildings at Haverdale Farm in Green Lane, West Lutton, to be turned into a five-bedroom home and a six-bedroom home.
