A CAUTIONARY warning to all thinking of selling a caravan. We had an inquiry from who we thought was a very nice couple, so we let them have free range to look over the van without us interfering. They left but phoned again a few days later asking a few more questions, but never got back again.
It is now three weeks later and thoughts of readying the van for the winter. This is when we found that one of the roof-vent blinds was missing. As the van has only been used once since this roof light was completely replaced, it only leaves us to believe that at some time during them looking over the van it was broken, removed and only left the slider making it look like it was complete. So sellers beware.
