I DON’T support any political party but I do have to agree with David Cameron’s comments when he said that the Welsh Assembly is more power-hungry than interested in the welfare of the Welsh citizens.
The state of the Welsh NHS service which each year has to borrow millions from its forthcoming finances and Carwyn Jones blames the UK government for underfunding where the underfunding is because of the incompetence of the Assembly and NHS managers. The Assembly has wasted millions of pounds in setting up the Presumed Consent of Organ Donation which means that tens of thousands of Welsh patients wait for years for important appointments and consultations. Each Welsh operation taking organs that are not necessarily donated but stolen are paid for by the Welsh NHS with the organ going to very few if any Welsh recipients, in other words going to those in the rest of the UK or even abroad. The only way that those costs can be recovered would be to bill the NHS services in those countries and probably with a mark-up value attached, so there is indeed some method in the Assembly’s eagerness to inflict presumed consent on us all.
