A COUPLE of evenings ago BBC Wales televised the response of First Minister Carwyn Jones to the Pisa report on the abysmally low standards of education in Wales. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing; complacency didn’t even begin to describe his attitude to the questions of the opposition. But then, why should he care?
