Bus disgust

I AM totally disgusted with Stagecoach Bus. I caught the 11.30am bus down to Spytty this morning, and the traffic was understandably busy because of the time of year.

I did my shopping quickly hoping to be home by 2pm, and came out of the shops at 12.45pm and saw my bus waiting in a queue of traffic.

I ran to catch it only to be told by the bald headed git of a driver that as he had moved a few feet from the bus stop he couldn’t let me on. The bus then was at a standstill for almost 45mins.

I then waited in tears, as I suffer from anxiety, for the next three hours for the next bus home. I am not happy. This experience has put my recovery back a lot, Kerry Price Waltwood Road Llanmartin

My son boarded a bus in Pontypool to go to Cwmbran, he only had a £20 note, they said they couldn't change it so sent him packing, he had to walk to Cwmbran in the dark, it took him 1 1/2 hrs to get home, I wasn't happy, I phoned Stagecoach, they said they would discipline him!!

Sometimes a bit of common sense goes a long way . Couldn't he have simply opened the door and let her on ?
