RICHARD Parks – creator of the 737 Challenge and the first person to climb the highest mountain on each of the world’s seven continents and stand on all three poles within seven months.
Richard’s 737 Challenge proudly raised funds in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care. Now former Wales’s rugby player-turned adventurer Richard Parks is claiming a record for the fastest solo, unsupported and unassisted journey to the South Pole by a Briton.
So when will this individual get some honours either from the Queen or the Welsh government. To me this is a travesty of justice.
