Visual pollution

AS AN ex-miner now looking how green the valleys have become since the mines were closed I feel this was the real benefit of losing our jobs.

But here comes along a new breed of exploitation by people who don’t live here the visual pollution of windmills, you can see for miles every where you are in Wales.

I consider myself to be a very green person, are we not losing hundreds of acres of land, also birds and bats are getting killed by them, very little benefit to the Welsh people.

I accept they are like Marmite: you hate or love them.

No he didn't. He saw them as imaginary enemies. He said' I want to do battle with them, and slay them'. Wrong again Merv.

I don't like the windmills. They just remind me of the tripods from the War of the Worlds.
