PLEASE be aware that although the Celtic Manor have been telling people that they cannot refund money paid for the ice rink when it was closed due to weather conditions, I have just stumbled upon their Facebook page and on January 1 it clearly states to ring to rebook or to have a refund.
Having pointed this out to them we have now been told we can have a refund.
We would just like make people aware that they are entitled to their money back. Shame on you Celtic Manor for making this a long drawn out process. My family and friends will not be visiting again.
