TODAY I read that a Mrs Viviane Reding, vice president of the European Commission, implied that the British electorate are too ignorant for an EU referendum on whether to stay in or leave the EU.
As the British debate about Europe was distorted, she also said 70 per cent of the UK laws are now made in Brussels. I find this absolutely appalling.
If she thinks we are unable to decide whether or not to ditch the profligate spending Eurocrats who can’t even get their own accounts signed off, let’s get out of this madness now. Give us a referendum now.
