BLAENAU Gwent council say they have no money for public services, like closing public toilets, but they can find money for two flag poles at £10,000 and employ a cleaning company from Yorkshire to steam clean around the church at a cost of £15,000 just because Prince Edward was going to Abertillery on Monday.
Where is the sense in that? They have got their own cleaner that can do that. Come on Blaenau Gwent council, spend money where it is needed.
