Only one vote

ANOTHER election and Labour drags out the same old slogan “send a message to the Tories and vote Labour”. While the local Labour Welsh Government and local Labour run councils carry out Tory cuts. Labour has so much contempt for the Welsh voter; they can’t be bothered to change their message.

If people want to send a message to the Tories they are fed up with the cost of living, if they want to say to UKIP ‘Your policies are not for Wales’; if people are fed up with the way Labour is underfunding our NHS and education, the only thing to do is vote Plaid Cymru.

I think its time there was a 'none of the above' box added to the ballot papers. That way, it may come about that there would be a majority vote for n.o.t.a, showing how people in this country have no confidence in the two main parties. Just a thought.

Well, let's be honest - 'we aren't Tories' is a campaign slogan that could conceivably work for generations yet. I think all you tory voters need to understand that such a massive betrayal of Wales by the last (and indeed present) Tory government will not be so easily forgiven, or forgotten.

In short, if we continually get an inept and corrupt labour government here in wales, then the tories only have the tories to blame. You should stop whining about Labour voters and ask yourselves why many people still prefer voting labour despite all the evidence that they're also useless.

Mine is simple, good, The Labour fools caused this problem, and should have been done years ago, maybe our towns and cities, schools, NHS, wouldn't be so over run with foreigners and their kids who mostly can't speak English never mind Welsh, It's not racist to govern your own Country, It's not Racist to want people of our own culture to live in this Country, why should we have to accommodate everybody that want to come here, there's an Afghan trying to get here from France by building his own make shift boat, there's thousands there that want a piece of our Country, can't blame them just our Government and the EU, I know UKIP want 50K above Net on Immigration, I hope when the time come's to vote at the Next General election UKIP's policies on Immigration are tightened even further, a big problem I see on the horizon for them is the Islamic Colonisers, because if they vote for UKIP as I expect them to do in support of limiting or stopping EU immigration that now threatens their Job's, then they'll want something back for that....I'll be voting for UKIP even if crosbenchtory and his troll friend don't like what i post.....

UKIP have no set figure, For the first 5 years migration would be very tightly controlled with only those with very scarce skills allowed in. There may be additional numbers allowed in on temporary work permits to fill positions that cannot be filled in the short term until people can be trained to fill the positions

A better view of the UKIP policies will be available in September when they launch their 2015 manifesto at their annual conference

Ok scrap. Don't vote Labour. Whats the alternative. The Tories. Is that what your suggestion is because they are not doing a very good job at the moment. The poorest are fast becoming poorer, with working class folk being the ones who are being hit the hardest. So that leaves me with not wanting to vote either. What do you suggest I do. Seriously. No more of your 'vote Labour because your father did' nonsense, What am I, as a voter, supposed to do when I do not want to vote for either Conservative or Labour. Where should I put my vote.
A no vote is better than voting LAB/CON/LIB, can you not see the damage all of these have done to our Country and you might vote either Lab or Con, shame on you....Myself and millions of British Natives have in turn voted for these useless selfish parties, time to try a party that talk the talk, vote for them and see if they walk the talk, Ukip say things that make a lot of sense, the EU rules this Country have for years@ £55 Million a week to us the stupid taxpayers, out of the EU more jobs for the British Natives, don't listen to the others our people want jobs, jobs that are well paid not zero hours, or else more of what we are having now more foreigners entitled to settle here....
Thats what I said at the beginning of this thread Welshmen. Why can't we have a 'none of the above' category on the voting slips. P.s Scrap. I'm still waiting on your answer.

If nobody voted for the above , there would be no prime minister, thus dissolving parliament. The extreme outcome would be the UK returning back to an absolute monarchy just like it had been before the English civil war.

Or, If nobody voted in the general elections, then it's a grave mistake by the people as the act would be synonymous to imposing a government that won't be our representative and would not serve the commonality!

Or perhaps just a toss of a coin for those candidates that stood for office....for my self and family at the next General election UKIP....

I wonder what UKIP, BNP, Britain first would have done under one of the foreign monarchs of the day. Do they what the queen deported to they family country. Hitler was willing to put Edward VIII back on the throne if GB fell into Nazi hands. Hitler admired GB with the way GB controlled millions of people with a few hundred of soldiers during the British Empire days.

Endthelies: Still looking to vote for a party, see if these are to your liking:

Economy:

We recognise that one of the core duties of the state is to ensure that the economy operates for the overall benefit of the nation and her people, collectively and individually. Unlike the old parties with their roots in the sterile and materialist theories of liberal-capitalism or Marxism, we are not bound by ideological dogma.

Instead, we look to take the best from various systems, always taking as our starting point the fact that ‘best’ doesn’t always mean ‘best’ for some big business or one vested interest group, or ‘best’ or for the next six months, until the next election or even for this generation. To nationalists. ‘best’ means what is good for the largest number of our people, and for our country as a while, over the long-term.

Big state socialism failed in the last century, stifling individual enterprise and strangling economies. In our time, unrestricted free market capitalism has failed in other ways, but with equally disastrous consequences.

Capitalism is indeed efficient – efficient at eating up the limited resources of our planet, efficient at obliterating the national and cultural variety of Mankind in order to expand markets for mountains of built-in obsolescence junk, efficient at maximising the profits of the few at the expense of the many, efficient at destroying the values of the past and the health of the future in the interests of kleptocratic elites in the here and now.

On the one hand, private property, in the means of production and distribution as well as homes, is natural and beneficial in terms of freedom, responsibility and productivity. On the other, the increasing concentration of private property in the hands of an ever-shrinking number of people is a source of enormous, nation-wrecking social and economic problems.

The nationalist solution to the lopsided distribution of private property is not to abolish private property, but to strive to build an economic system that encourages the wider distribution of ownership, either individually or through workers’ co-operatives. Not, we repeat, as a dogma to be achieved at all costs, but as a guiding aim towards an ideal that will never be reached in full.

The biggest single factor skewing the economy in favour of big capital and against the small and medium businesses we favour is the monstrous power of the banks. The creation of credit as an interest-bearing debt by the banks means automatically that they become the unelected Masters instead of the Servants of the productive economy and the nation as a whole.

- Make the banks the Servants, not the Masters, of the real economy
- Restore the right to create our national credit to proper authority – a Ministry of Finance insulated from politicians and the electoral cycle
- The money needed to keep the economy healthy must be spent, not lent, into circulation on constructive capital projects to build our infrastructure and productive capacity
- Close the tax loopholes that allow multi-national companies and big business to avoid paying their fair share
- Develop a long-term programme to make the UK as sustainably self-sufficient as possible in economic terms. This will not only create jobs, it is also our best guarantee of independence and freedom
- Provide practical help to encourage private initiative and to help more people set up and build their own small and medium enterprises
Education & the Young:

A whole generation of young people are being betrayed by a failing education system, the victims of ConDem cuts and egalitarian Marxist dogma. Discipline and tried and trusted methods of teaching the “3Rs” have been abandoned, leading to a steady slide in the UK’s standing in the educational international league tables. The only guarantee of a good education is if parents have enough money to buy it.

The whole system is now run not in the interests of the young or of the nation but to provide obscene profits for greedy corporations. Banks and financiers own the debt millstone round the necks of hundreds of thousands of graduates. Meanwhile, City sharks who funded the Tory party’s last election win have been rewarded with the deeds and the keys to the vast majority of our schools in a £multi-billion property heist.

The British National Party will stop and reverse the stealth privatisation of our schools and universities. The education budget needs to be spent on teachers, facilities and pupils, not siphoned off for big business.

We will clear the Marxists and their failed egalitarian dogmas out of the teacher training colleges and restore traditional teaching methods, including phonics for reading, strict discipline, proper school dinners and competitive sport for all.

The Labour party’s destruction of the grammar schools (aided by Margaret Thatcher and Conservative party cowardice) was a shocking betrayal of working class communities and families. We will restore the opportunity of children from even the most deprived area to get out and get on by opening grammar schools across the whole country.

We need a special programme to train former servicemen to end the educational exclusion and low expectations which have put white working class boys at the bottom of the educational heap.

We will create a new spirit of national unity and social responsibility by introducing a term of compulsory National Service for all physically and mentally fit 18-year-old's. They would have a choice of military service or civilian work on socially valuable projects such as hospitals, reclaiming waste land or sea defences. Disabled youngsters would be encouraged, but not compelled, to join in too.

Successful completion of National Service would entitle those who so contribute to our society to receive support in young adulthood in return. The academically able would get free university places for economically and socially useful degrees. The practically-minded would be entitled to well-funded trade apprenticeships. The entrepreneurial would receive management training and business start-up grants.

- Restore school discipline, including the right of teachers to control and punish the unruly pupils who hold back their classmates
- Restore social mobility by opening grammar schools to cover every working class area of the UK
- Reverse the privatisation of education, including taking back our school buildings from the Tories’ business cronies
- Full university grants for all students who have completed their National Service and meet the academic standards
- Proper, funded apprenticeships for practical youngsters who want to learn a real trade
- The curriculum must focus on core skills and on imparting knowledge of and pride in our national history, culture and identity..

Pensioners and children:

The older generation – the people who fought to protect and worked to build this country – have earned special respect and practical support.

The British National Party’s campaign to secure fair play and justice for Britain’s elders will be fought on all fronts:

Active pensioner volunteers will be given training and funding to go into schools to give the next generation an insight into the hardships of past years, from working down pits and in mills to fighting for Britain in wartime.

Violence against the elderly will be deterred with even tougher penalties against the cowardly perpetrators.

Staff in nursing homes will be required to speak English so that the elderly are cared for in their native tongue. The removal of this basic human right is one of the most scandalous consequences of the desire of successive governments to have a health care system on the cheap with staff poached from other countries, instead of training and paying our own people properly.

Pensioners should not be forced to sell their homes to pay for nursing care, because they have already paid their taxes and their dues. It is intolerable that the Government can spend £Billions on foreign aid while treating our own people so callously – the British National Party is here to put such things right and bring back fairness to our welfare system.

Children are another important but vulnerable group who suffer from unfair Government cuts and policies based on twisted liberal-left or neo-con dogmas.

It is increasingly clear that highly processed junk foods are doing immense harm to children, with everything from obesity to disruptive behaviour needing to be dealt with by restrictions on big capitalist food companies rather than stigmatising individuals or using chemical cosh sedatives. We will break the power of the corporate lobbyists so that these issues can be properly addressed.

Many other families suffer terribly as a result of eating disorders which are at least partly the result of irresponsible ‘heroin-chic’ advertising that exploits ultra-thin models. We do not accept the ‘right’ of big business advertises to boost profits by glamorising unhealthy role models.

The British National Party will take radical steps to protect children and families from the radical anti-family and especially anti-father dogmas of the social Marxism that infests Social Services and the legal system. It is the right of all children to have a father and a mother, and of grandparents to see their grandchildren.

"Gay marriage’ is not about the rights of individuals who happen to be homosexual, because everything they need is provided by civil partnerships. Rather, it is an example of the Frankfurt School technique of stirring up resentment and using bogus minority ‘rights’ as a battering ram to destroy traditional values, to attack our Christian heritage and to break up the family. The British National Party will restore the special privileges of heterosexual marriage because, for all its flaws and despite all the exceptions, it provides the best possible start in life for the large majority of children – and children are our top priority.

Restore the link between pensions and inflation

Use half of Britain’s £14 Billion per year foreign aid budget to fund an immediate increase in the basic state pension

Extra tough penalties for criminal thugs who pick on the elderly

Restore justice for fathers and grandparents

Give as many children as possible the best start in life by active steps to support and promote heterosexual marriage....

This will not only create jobs, it is also our best guarantee of independence and freedom - Provide practical help to encourage private initiative and to help more people set up and build their own small and medium enterprises Education & the Young: A whole generation of young people are being betrayed by a failing education system, the victims of ConDem cuts and egalitarian Marxist dogma. - Restore school discipline, including the right of teachers to control and punish the unruly pupils who hold back their classmates - Restore social mobility by opening grammar schools to cover every working class area of the UK - Reverse the privatisation of education, including taking back our school buildings from the Tories’ business cronies - Full university grants for all students who have completed their National Service and meet the academic standards - Proper, funded apprenticeships for practical youngsters who want to learn a real trade - The curriculum must focus on core skills and on imparting knowledge of and pride in our national history, culture and identity.. Pensioners and children: The older generation – the people who fought to protect and worked to build this country – have earned special respect and practical support. The British National Party’s campaign to secure fair play and justice for Britain’s elders will be fought on all fronts: Active pensioner volunteers will be given training and funding to go into schools to give the next generation an insight into the hardships of past years, from working down pits and in mills to fighting for Britain in wartime. Restore the link between pensions and inflation Use half of Britain’s £14 Billion per year foreign aid budget to fund an immediate increase in the basic state pension Extra tough penalties for criminal thugs who pick on the elderly Restore justice for fathers and grandparents Give as many children as possible the best start in life by active steps to support and promote heterosexual marriage.... welshmen
