WITH the Tour de France not heading here, any local, ardent fans wishing to savour the atmosphere of a crowd of cyclists travelling at speed, need only to stroll along the pedestrian system between Upper Dock Street, the bridge and ex-Sainsbury’s site on a Sunday morning.
But remember, the Tour is well organized so that riders and spectators don’t mix, not the case here!
