WHAT an excellent and well-stated letter from Mrs S V Kielty (Argus, July 24). It contained all my thoughts, and I think many others’, perfectly. Whilst the death was tragic for someone so young it is by no means unique and as the writer says there are millions in the same boat.
While it is fantastic of people to give their time to make these large sums of money to help this father and baby, I like Mrs Kielty ask why? What is so special about them?
Medical research would gladly accept these donations so that these cases can be prevented from happening again.
