I REFER to the classic-car rally, raising money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, at Tredegar Park.
I wonder how many, like me, intended to write a letter much sooner saying “thank you very much” to the organisers and their team?
The amount of time and effort put into this tremendous event over the years can only be imagined.
At some classic-car rallies, exhibitors are charged for their attendance. But the Tredegar Park event did not charge them, thereby encouraging many to attend and contribute to this more-than-worthwhile cause.
The Tredegar Park occasion was a star among such events and one for which the organisers can justifiably be proud. It will be missed by visitors and exhibitors alike.
