READ on social media that the Easter Egg Hunt that had been arranged at the Transporter Bridge had to be cancelled because of mess that was left. The rubbish apparently included soiled toilet tissue.
What a disappointment for not only the children who missed out on a fun day, but also the people who gave up their time to organise it, only to be thwarted by the actions of people who appear to have no concept of social responsibility. How difficult can it be to bag up rubbish for easier removal?
