IN January, I wrote to John Griffiths AM on a private matter about a NHS delay in the issuing of my mother’s medical death certificate.
My main concern was that such delays should be minimised to not add further distress to grieving relatives.
Despite having an acknowledgement six weeks later, at the end of February, I have yet to receive from him a requested response from the health board.
As it is now coming up to four months since the matter was originally raised, I am disheartened by this slow response to a very sensitive matter.
