I’M delighted to write to the Argus again to highlight the generosity and community spirit of one of our largest local employers.
Congratulations to Sainsbury’s, Pontllanfraith, for their donation of £500 to the Rhymney Valley Athletic Club. The money will enable the club to hold two new training sessions for athletes on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
It’s great to see Sainsbury’s backing such a worthy cause.
And it’s great to see Caerphilly county boroughs Islwyn and Rhymney Valley working together so well yet again!
