IN REPLY to Mr Plaisted’s letter 25/5/15 could I add a few words to it?
I am a Christian who has written to your office many times about various things in the past, but now I must write to you to say that I agree with the writer of this letter that the people who brought this case to court about the bakery firm in Northern Ireland were totally wrong to do so, as there is no equality for Christians like myself. Why is it not possible for me to have any rights, when others have rights to attack my faith and get away with it?
The Quality Commission offices of Great Britain are out to stifle free speech, to destroy our Christian heritage, to make each one of us think the same way so that we become robots. I am not a robot I AM NOT A ROBOT, I am a human being who has come to know the grace of God in his life as well as the forgiveness of God for the times I have gone wrong.
I believe the Bible and what teaches and try to live by the same and if the Bible says that God hates something, then I am not going to argue with Almighty God am I? If other people disagree with me, then that is there right to do so, but when Christians start to disagree with others they are being persecuted in one way or another.
Let’s have a level playing field here, please.
