NHS get a lot of complaints which are petty to say the least, this letter is not a complaint it is a letter to say thank you. My wife Mavis had a hip replacement at St Woolos orthopaedic unit, she was under the care of Mr Mackie, FRCS, consultant orthopaedic surgeon and team.
We thank the team and all the staff at the St Woolos orthopaedic ward. My wife said “You were all kindness itself, nothing was too much trouble.”
Unfortunately My wife was off her food at the time she was in St Woolos Hospital hence I shall adjust my halo and get into the kitchen post haste.
Once again thank you all for looking after my wife – a job well done.
