RE: Keeping Wales Tidy
On Friday, August 14 I read an article in the South Wales Argus about keeping Wales Tidy. On Saturday evening at around 9.30pm a coach unloaded its passengers at the bottom of Bank Street and at the junction of Stockton Road and the access to the Glebelands.
They were tanked up with fuel so much so they had to use the road as a men’s urinal and leave their rubbish behind for residents to clean up.
Now Bank Street is not the most gentile of roads with cars trying to beat the lights, cars parked while their owners go to work, rubbish thrown in the gutters and dog mess.
Now we are having to put up with grown men using the road and residents walls for urinating purposes.
There are posters with ‘Do not Drop Litter, Clean up After Your Dog’.
Now we need another one ‘Do Not Urinate.’
