MY LETTER is dedicated to a conscientious dog warden, who probably has a field day on my road with the amount of people who walk their dogs up and down the road.
I don’t actually know if any of these people let their dogs foul but I don’t see any sign of a poopa-scoopa or bags and as these people wear T-shirts and shorts or trousers, with no where to keep anything.
I suppose they think because our road is quiet there will be nobody watching them.
I would like to point out that Big Brother is watching them.
