I KNOW that many of your readers participated in the Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon as a runner or as one of the many valiant volunteers.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who supported Barnardo’s Cymru by running, cheering, catering, directing, massaging, handing out running vests, balloons, bananas and leaflets or encouraging family and friends to do all of the above last October! There were over 300 people running for Barnardo’s Cymru. 
We are hoping all of your sponsorship money will be coming through soon so we reach our anticipated target sum of £40k raised at the event. It is a truly magnificent effort and thank you.
