SAD to hear of another green field site about to be ravaged by more “developers” at Cwmgelli.
I can assure Councillor Dix that on past record it will be “rammed through” as we in this area are just about to say goodbye to our “green wedge”. The democratic process followed with the two communities returning a resounding “NO” that should have been the end of it, ie the council carrying out the democratic wishes of the people they were elected
to “serve”.
Low and behold they then had their debate in the chamber and for some strange reason came up with a yes vote by one, and the appeals “process” is just a sham invented to get around awkward communities.
