HAVING just watched Hillsborough on BBC iPlayer I have to comment that the commitment of the people involved over all those years was incredible.
It ought to be compulsory viewing for all schoolchildren as an example of how refusing to be brow-beaten and blocked by the political, judicial and police establishment, plus certain elements of press, that through perseverance justice will out.
Having seen the recent cronyism of David Cameron in knighting a political strategist who has made no contribution to public life in this country, if those people are not recognised in some manner the honours system should be scrapped.
