MR STANLEY Noble should realise Plaid is not willing to the spending over £1billion on one project.
Plaid however agree with The Institute for Welsh Affairs (IWA) who said upgrading the A48 and a road through the city’s former steelworks is an “affordable” £380 million alternative.
When that vote is called Labour and Tories will vote together for the black route.
As Plaid is a progressive socialist party, why would they want to work with divided right wing Conservatives and Ukip parties?
The shame is the other Unionist parties who have sat in London while Wales have fallen being the rest of the UK with low paid jobs, high unemployment, and low living standards giving to low expectations.
Plaid offered a chance to break that cycle just has the SNP are doing in Scotland.
Change can’t happen overnight when countries like Scotland and Wales have had decades of  plundering by English governments.
