Who allowed this to happen?

MY DAUGHTER recently had to pay £15 for a full birth certificate, required for her job. She is 36 and was born here in Newport. Obviously all British people pay for this so it’s not a problem. 
Then a newspaper printed that Newport is in the top 10 towns in Britain for the largest amount of asylum seekers. 
One for every 132 people living here. Who has allowed this to happen, and why? Have every single one of these people been vetted?
 Do we know where every single one is really from. Do any have criminal records? Even if we leave the EU we will still be overrun. 
We all need proof of our ID for every day living, yet share our land with people we may know nothing about.
I tried to get an appointment this morning, no appointments in the next fortnight so I must phone Monday and try for the fortnight following. 
Time to stop taking these people in. Allocate them equally around the rest of Britain. Enough is enough. It’s one thing being nice, its another thing being ridiculous.
