COMMENTING on Gerald Davies’ letter congratulating Paul Flynn on his appointment to two posts (double the money?) in Jeremy Corbyn’s shadow government, I am sure that the majority of Newport citizens do not share his enthusiasm about Paul Flynn, in fact I would say the complete opposite.
What it does show is how little support Jeremy Corbyn has within the Labour Party and how deep in the barrel he has to scrape to form any kind of shadow cabinet.
Gerald also highlighted Paul Flynn’s age of 81 years and this again shows that Flynn has been long past his sell by date for decades.
