THE Risca bypass at Rogerstone is dangerous in many aspects – from frustrated drivers held up from Tredegar Road roundabout, unchecked speeding, and crash barriers that are ineffective.
Any driver using this road regularly will notice three differently designed crash barriers that are positioned in the wrong places and do not seem to be maintained.
